Where Dating Begins

On Vouch, dating starts with Profiles.

Profiles are the only accounts that appear in Discovery. They represent people who want to be seen, meet others, and explore genuine connections.

Some Profiles choose to complete identity verification right away. Others prefer to join without it. Both options are allowed. Verified Profiles are shown more prominently, while unverified Profiles may still appear with more limited visibility.

Verification helps confirm identity, but it doesn’t guarantee behavior, intent, or outcomes.

How Members Explore

Members don’t appear in Discovery.

Instead, Members browse Profiles, send connection requests, and start conversations. To search, request, or interact, Members are required to complete identity verification first.

This keeps Discovery focused on Profiles while ensuring that anyone reaching out has already taken an extra step toward accountability.

When Interest Is Mutual

Vouch doesn’t use open inboxes or unsolicited messages.

If a Member is interested in a Profile, they send a connection request. Sending a request is also the moment the Profile is revealed. Before deciding how to respond, Profiles are able to view available dating reviews associated with that Member, if any exist. This gives added context before choosing whether to accept or decline.

The Profile then decides whether to move forward. Only when both sides agree does the conversation begin.

This moment of choice sets the tone. It replaces interruption with intention and gives people more control over who they engage with.

Conversations That Feel Natural

Once connected, conversations stay within the app.

People can message, talk through voice, or connect on video at their own pace. Vouch supports AI-powered message translation and optional live captions across nine languages:

English, Spanish, Thai, Portuguese, Arabic, French, Italian, German, and Japanese.

These tools help conversations flow more easily between people who prefer different languages. All translation and caption features are optional and designed to support understanding — not replace it.

Powered by VC — Designed to Keep Dating Intentional

Every meaningful action on Vouch is powered by VC, an internal credit system used only within the app. VC has no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged outside of Vouch. It exists to help keep dating thoughtful and intentional.

VC is used for:

• Sending connection requests (which also reveal Profiles)

• Messaging after a request is accepted

• Voice and video calls

• Other interactive features across the app

By adding a small amount of intention to each action, VC helps reduce mass requests, spam messaging, and low-effort outreach. It encourages people to slow down and be more selective about who they connect with.

Memberships That Match How You Use Vouch

Vouch offers memberships on both sides of the platform — one for Profiles and one for Members.

Both sides follow the same tier structure: V, V+, V$, and Black Diamond. While the tier names are shared, features, limits, and VC allowances differ depending on whether someone is participating as a Profile or a Member.

Some people choose to hold both, allowing them to experience Vouch from more than one perspective.

All membership features, limits, and VC usage are clearly explained before activation.

Venture+ — Support That Moves With You

Some connections don’t stay on the screen. Venture+ is designed for those moments — when a conversation turns into plans, and plans turn into real life.

Venture+ is an optional, in-app support feature that users can choose to activate around a planned meetup or continued connection. It adds structure and awareness without interrupting how dating feels.

When Venture+ is active, users can:

• Set a planned meetup window inside the app

• Choose personal check-in times before, during, or after a date

• Select trusted contact(s) they choose to enable for that Venture+ session

• Optionally share limited location context during the active session

As check-in times approach, Venture+ sends reminders inside the app. If a check-in is missed, follow-up prompts are sent to the user.

If a check-in remains unanswered, Venture+ can notify the selected trusted contact(s) chosen by the user for that session. These notifications may include a missed check-in notice and, if the user has enabled it, limited location information from the Venture+ session.

All Venture+ settings — including contacts, reminders, and location sharing — are opt-in, configurable, and fully controlled by the user before activation.

Venture+ does not monitor users continuously, intervene on their behalf, or guarantee safety outcomes. It is not an emergency service. It is designed to support awareness and communication when dating moves beyond the app.

Venture+ is there when you want a little extra reassurance — and quiet when you don’t.

After the Connection

Not every connection is meant to continue — and that’s okay.

After a conversation or date, each person decides privately whether they want to move forward. If either person chooses not to, the connection can close automatically, without pressure or explanation.

Boundaries are respected by design.

Shared Experiences, With Context

After an approved request and a completed interaction, users may choose to leave a dating review.

Reviews are not public and are only visible after a connection has been approved. Visibility and access to reviews depend on each user’s membership tier, helping feedback remain thoughtful, limited, and relevant.

All reviews follow community guidelines and are reviewed before being displayed.

The goal isn’t to score people — it’s to add perspective once trust has already been established.
